Avengers Initiative #29
While the Hood makes a captive hero an offer they can't refuse, the stress of Trauma's situation is opening the way for a threat far deadlier than even Norman Osborn. What could possibly be dangerous--and powerful--enough to threaten both the Initiative and the Avengers Resistance? How about an other-dimensional demon lord bent on conquering our plane...and it's not Dormammu. With both the heroes and villains in disarray, who can save us? Anyone...anyone...?

I've felt like every issue since Slott left could be my last, but I'm still here... and I'm really glad I am because this book has been awesome ever since the new artist joined.
Posted by skeets on 10/26/09 at 06:45 PMThis is one of my favorite Marvel books. I really like Dan Slott, but Gage is a better writer. Slott has a tendency to pack in some cheesy dialogue . . .
Posted by ScorpionMasada on 10/26/09 at 07:00 PMI wasnt too impressed with Slott but Gage really seems to have a passion about this book. And Sandovals art is awesome. I love this book.
Posted by rift1128 on 10/26/09 at 10:40 PMI know nothing about Trauma which means I have no idea what happened in that last panel.

Just jumped on this with the last couple of issues, and only because I found out that Tigra has been playing a big role, but I really enjoyed those two issues.
