Thumbs up, ish #1 was great fun, love the pulpiness of it.
#1 was wonderful, all what one could hope for.
Zonjic’s art was fantastic in issue #1. Go back and check out his his work. His compositions within the panels were impeccable. Perfect balance!

This was just good pulpy fun from beginning to end. The last page reveal was awesome. Tonci is keeping with the great tradition of wonderful art in the Mignolaverse; the expressions he gives peoples faces with such minimal lines are fantastic. Also the cover, as ususal with Dave Johnson, is killer.
One of my favorite books right now! Great-looking and fun to read!
Tonci Zonjic is a master of composition. As a doodle fiend, his work is both inspiring and frustrating. I can’t wait to see more stuff from this guy!
