  1. AAAAAHHHH!!!! Garth Ennis on Punisher! With Nick Fury! In a war comic! I can’t say this for sure yet, but I think this will be the best $4 I spend this week.

  2. Yes please! This has been amazing so far.

  3. Should continue to be amazing.

I see the first collection is out as well this week.

  4. Oh, fuck it.

    I’m in.

I’m getting the trade this week too, but I’m almost positive I’m gonna love this so what the hell. At least I’ll have comics to burn when I’m living on the street in a refrigerator box.

    • Hey, what ELSE can ya do with 15 copies of Darkhawk #1? Seriously though, the title has been a good ride and has gotten me to check out Ennis’ other war title, Battlefields.

    • It’s a GREAT book. Actually my favorite thing Marvel is doing right now. And of course Pyynk likes it. Of course he does.

You know what this book needs? Bucky.

    • @SupernovaShock I’d buy that for a dollar. Or $3.99 in this instance.

  5. Could not be anymore excited for this!

  6. I’m in as well.

Was going to wait for a hardcover but not sure that is going to happen.

  7. Welcome back Frank! Oh man it’s so good to see Fury and Punny getting into it in ‘Nam. I always liked it when Parlov did an arc in PunisherMax, but in this book he’s upped his game. Great stuff, glad this didn’t turn out to just be a mini.

  8. Oh boy, this is definitely the book I’m most looking forward to this week. If it’s as good as the previous issues (and I don’t see any reason to believe it won’t be), I can’t imagine it won’t be my POW.

  9. I missed Ennis.

This book welcomed me back into his arms like a drunken hug. It’s good to see you again, old friend.

    I’m not going anywhere.
