man, for a final issue, this felt just kinda weak. what used to be david creative flag ship book just sorta slided into mediocrity. i cant help but wonder how much of this is because Woodward’s progessingly lackluster art. after a week that had the strongest David book in while (X-Factor) we have a book that used to have such a passion and fire to it that has just sorta sauntered from grace. Damn. Lets hope the reboot in July puts it back on top again.
I still like this book, but honestly, most of this run has felt a little muddled. Largely due to some really fuzzy artwork (with a few bright spots). I also think the original concept/world could’ve been run a bit longer, but kudos to David for changing things in different ways.
