I’ve been waiting for this issue for SO long. Terry Moore in the Fables universe sounds like perfection.
This will be the first issue of Fables I’ve ever bought. Love Terry Moore’s art.
I do like the idea of going back to this plot thread that’s been dangling since the end of the War
ove Fables. Even on its worst days, Fables is still better than most.
This is something I have been waiting for. I always feel so sad when I think of them just sleeping and missing everything.
Last issue was disappointing as was the news that the reader will have to pick up Fairest to read the conclusion to this “one-shot.” Still my favorite series but I’m hoping for a bit of a refocus going forward.

Another great issue and probably the most gorgeous cover in recent memory.

In many panels I think Moore was consciously channeling Berke Breathed.
