People! This is by the same guy who wrote the killer! 1 other pull besides me? Sometimes I feel like I’m in cloud cuckoo land.

The first issue was pretty badass, very reminiscent of Pulp Fiction’s opening scene. Fans of detective/mob stories should definitely check this out

Great series.  I really liked it even though the writer has one name.  It don’t get more pretenious than that!  ; )  Too bad he couldn’t have gotton Jock to do a cover!

11 pulls. It’s a sign of the apocalypse. If it helps, this very site said “This is by far my favorite non-Garth Ennis [Dynamite Entertainment] property…. You should pick up a copy at your LCS early.”

    How about that? Hello? *echo*

@deadspace  You convinced me. I vaguely remember thinking this was a cool title for a book but I never saw the issues at my shop. Premise sounds cool and for the price of 3 of the issues I can get the trade off amazon. Done!

I got the TP at Borders for 70% off during their end of days. I enjoyed it. The hitmen gave me that Pulp Fiction daja vu as well. There’s a movie in the works staring Sylvester Stallone playing the surviving hitman character (Jimmy Marvel?). According the the movies wiki site Thomas Jane was replaced as the surviving cop by Sung Kang.
