5-2 are inspired (especially Patinkin as Cerebus). I…don’t know who James Corden is, but he looks the part at least.
For all of these roles, instead of CG, I hope they dress them up in costumes and face paint, ala The Chronicles of Narnia when the BBC did it.

@OttoBot Yes! I was just trying to explain the beauty and simplicity of the BBC Chronicles of Narnia to someone yesterday and they could not understand why I almost prefer that to CGI. Wasn’t even a kid!
I loved Chiwetel Ejiofor Serenity and Inside Man. And the Elias Koteas choice was absolutely inspired.
Dave Sim has often said that, in his head, Cerebus sounds like George C. Scott. He needs a grizzled, crackly voice, so Mandy Patinkin makes perfect sense. Good choices all round.
You have James Corden in America, apoligies on behalf of all English people, he is the unfunniest sack of lard currently on the box.
Chiwetel Ejiofor should be in everything.

I came in here thinking there would be a few stretches, even without knowing which characters you had chosen, but I can’t argue with any of those choices. Hope you get work as a casting director to supplement your iFanboy income (if they even pay you!).
