The thing about the Apes is, they’re always in conflict, and as we rocket towards the end of this series, that conflict is going to ratchet up, and it will be predicated by the new religion, and them apes what wear patches. Listen, it’s too late to explain it all now, but it’s good, and you should have been reading it all along.
Of course, this issue, like those before it, is written by Corinna Bechko and Gabriel Hardman, with art by Damian Couciero.
Fantastic series. Don’t know why more folks don’t read it.
I’m really interested in these new Plant of the Apes series’. Where should I begin though? Will I be lost if I pick up Cataclysm #1?
Ditto MegaPhilip – you will not be lost with Cataclysm #1, although reading the previous series makes it a richer read.
Thanks
Start with volume 1 by Gregory or Betrayal of the Planet of the Apes. You could jump in with #1 of Cataclysm but starting with Betrayal and Exile would shed more light on this particular series.
Thanks! Will do.
