  1. SpiderTitan SpiderTitan says:

Chai Tea works for my voice all of the time, especially after going to a Yankee game & screaming at the Red Sox fans who are rooting for the opposing team, even when Yankees aren’t against the Red Sox.

  2. spaceghost15 spaceghost15 says:

It’s patriots day and I willl not hear any anti Red Sox talk! GO Sox!
    Zatanna and Uncanny X-Force

  3. Ali Colluccio WonderAli (@WonderAli) says:

BQ: Chai tea with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of honey. And a B-complex vitamin can’t hurt either.

  4. Uncanny X Force—kinda surprised its shipping again. Will take a flip through Dark Horse presents…that price point is keeping me away though.

    @spaceghost15–Yes. Go SAWX.

  5. LadyTartan LadyTartan says:

Hmm, this may be the week I try out Uncanny X-Force. It may also be the week I drop Green Lantern. We shall see.

BQ: Refresh tea (or other minty tea) and a few tablespoons of honey. It doesn’t taste particularly good (in my opinion anyway) but it does the trick. Hope you feel better Josh!

  6. Put-up LOST posters. Offer a reward.

  7. MegaPhilip MegaPhilip says:

Wow…don’t think I’ve ever had a week this small. Just Uncanny X-Force and possibly the Dark Horse presents #1. Also will add the new printing of vol. 4 of Hitman to my amazon wishlist for later.

    BQ: Pound the Green Tea.

  8. Reform Reform says:

Something old by Warren E.  &  something new by Robert K.  under $20.00 is right were I like to be.

    BQ:

  9. lifesend lifesend says:

Looking forward to Twilight Guardian wrapping up.  I hope there’s more in the future.

BQ: A really hot nurse once told me gargling urine helps, but I never tried it personally, so I can’t say if it works or not.

  10. Neb Neb says:

A fairly light week for me.  I’m looking forward to all of it, but a week with Uncanny X-Force is a good week.

BQ: Ice cream.  Lots and lots of ice cream.  It might not bring back your voice, but an ice cream baby belly never hurt anything.

  11. PozrDu PozrDu says:

Excited about two new (or returning) titles: Super-Dinosaur & Dark Horse Presents.
Curious about how Twilight Guardian will wrap up.

    BQ: Scotch

  12. g0ofgnewt g0ofgnewt says:

Green tea and ginger. Or failing that scotch but Josh doesn’t drink.
Also there’s a Black Dynamite comic out this week. Am I going to get that? You bet your sweet ass and half a titty I am.

  13. odare77 says:

It’s a quiet week but theres some quality.  Most excited for X-Force, Thunderbolts and DMZ.  I’m a little disappointed that the collection of Brian Wood’s DV8 seems to have disappeared from the schedule.

BQ:  Whisky, although if the throat’s actually feeling a bit infected, gargle with salt water and/or dissolved paracetemol.

  14. Sasquattch says:

Most excited for the continuation of War of the GL’s and the new issue of Sixth Gun! Space cops and cowboys!

    BQ: OJ

  15. BQ: Try gargling with warm water with salt.

  16. kennyg kennyg says:

I have kind of an unexciting week:
    Batman #709
    Green Lantern #65
    Green Lantern Corps #59
    Justice League Of America #56
    Sixth Gun #11
    Twilight Guardian #4 (OF 4)
    Zatanna #12

None of it looks bad, but I’m not chomping at the bit for many. It’ll be nice to hopefully get some answers on Twilight Guardian. Maybe I can catch up on some trades this week?

BQ: Hot tea with plenty of honey.

  17. dannydanger dannydanger says:

Don’ think I’m picking any books this week.

BQ: for sore throat or like a cold – warm milk with honey

  18. quenbyh says:

Lots of great books this week!  I’m especially excited about Twilight Guardian, Hellblazer, and Dark Horse Presents.  I was hoping for the conclusion to Brightest Day…is is supposed to come out this week?

  19. HailScott HailScott says:

BQ: Ask Ron. Doesn’t he own a pharmacy?

  20. kymsoke kymsoke says:

Stuff to be excited about: Detective Comics (great suspence), Future Foundation (change is our only constant), Invincible Ironman (awesome intrigue), Avengers Academy (coming of age done well). Things to drop: Green Lantern (geez lets do this already), Superman (wow this sucks), Captain America (what a crap backup I hate to pay for).
BQ: Best non pharmacological remedy, and better then any pill that I have ever taken…oil of oregano. A couple drops under the toungue a couple times a day, and in a few days any virus that is in your body is wiped out. Stuffs unbelievable. Get it at health food stores or some pharmacys.

  21. srh1son srh1son says:

BQ: I had the same problem over a month ago and had to cancel my class for a whole week (no complaints from students, but we’re still trying to catch up).

Home remedies failed miserably.  Heavy duty antibiotics took care of it- after four days.  I also couldn’t talk AT ALL during that time.

    Sorry.  It’s a crap experience.

  22. bcmiller189 says:

    Answer: Tom Katers

  23. edward edward says:

    Answer: Tom Katers

  24. 5 books for me, one of which is DARK HORSE PRESENTS! Anyone think this won’t be the majority POTW? Looks like a pretty sure bet it’s going to be great, especially in the “value for the money” department.

BQ: Hot water with a drop of honey? IDK, it SOUNDS good anyway. Or you can always go to the deep iFanboy bench and bring out Jim or Paul or Tom or somebody.

  25. TroyH TroyH says:

I’m curious as to how Twilight Guardian will finish up, too. I’m putting my money on the entire area being hit by a meteor and TG will just patrol a nine-block crater from now on…

  26. WheelHands WheelHands says:

Awesome week for me. Honestly lookin forward to more titles than I care to list here.

BQ: Rock-star sperm. Makes ya sing better. Like Rod Stewart.

  27. redlibertyx redlibertyx says:

Is Iron Man 2.0 weekly or something?  I thought there was an issue out last week…

  28. NodNolan NodNolan says:

Please take a look at Boom! Studios Malignant Man #1. It’s a really good superhero / sci fi that deserves to be widely read.

  29. NodNolan NodNolan says:

Mind you thinking about it Malignant man is less apparent superhero and more Sci fi / Thriller with power manifestations that seem somewhat like the game prototype at first look. But really, go and have a look and make up your own mind.
