I’m starting to really like this ensemble. It’s a nice little dynamic they’ve got going here.
Here’s how “Lost Planet” is described:
The Green Lanterns travel to a mysterious planet to save the inhabitants from an approaching asteroid that is on a lethal collision course. Once there, they discover the planet itself will not allow its inhabitants to leave. It’s up to the Green Lanterns to figure out the mystery before the planet-killing asteroid destroys everything.

Awesome episode! With last weeks Iolande episode, and the two cameo’s in this one it looks like we’ll get alot of familiar faces in this series!
The little lectures from Hal to Ai (?) that are essentially logic vs. humanity have been bothering me a bit, but there 10 seconds usually so not to troublesome. It is supposed to be a kids show or at least all the parts without Space Pimp Hal.
Hal’s got a Captain Kirk vibe, which is AWESOME!!
Best episode of the series so far. I didn’t catch on when the rocks didn’t fully overcome Hal, but when the rocks were trying to take out the hijacked ship, I knew what was up. Very cool the way the new GL’s ring was activated too.
I loved seeing Saint Walker in this episode! He was pretty awesome. Hope we see him maybe join the crew. Now all we need is Larfleeze to pop up.
Yeah, I really hope Saint Walker would join the crew. Honestly, I love GLTAS because of the tone of the show, it reminds me alot of an adventure show much like Thundercats.
I never expected a superhero TV show to be this dynamic. Great job WB animations.
The cameos / surprises with this episode were real fun, another good episode 🙂
I also thought this was the best episode so far. If they keep going for the OS Star Trek vibe (which has been mentioned by others), then I’m totally on board. I don’t even read GL comics, thought the movie was ok, but I like this.

I agree with many of the above comments. Saint Walker was awesome and didn’t really play his had so much more potential for his character and MOGO!
