Yesterday at E3 Warner Bros. Games Montreal unveiled a new trailer for their upcoming Batman: Arkham Origins title featuring our first real glimpse at in-engine combat and ‘detective mode.’ It’s also a showcase for the new voice actors, including Roger Craig Smith as a younger Batman and Troy Baker as the Joker. We also get a look at Bane, the third assassin (after Deathstroke and Deadshot) vying for the bounty Black Mask has offered for the Batman’s scalp.

Let’s have a look.

Batman: Arkham Origins starts racking up combos on October 25th, on the PC and all current-gen consoles.

  1. I was worried…and now, I’m just psyched! Lookin’ good!

  2. Excited!

  3. way too excited about this!! Paul are you going to check out The Last of Us from Naughty Dog??

  4. More of the same for the franchise. Which is a good thing! No reason to try and do anything different, even with a new developer, if this series is so damn good.

It’s still weird to me not to hear Mark Hamill as the Joker. I know it’s happened a bunch of times already but I still can’t get over it.

  5. Dammit this looks good. I was hoping for actual Game Play gameplay but whatevs. Voice Acting is good, design is good, graphics good. Guess my doubts are aswaygged.

  6. Looks great! I want it! Now. The last big ps3 game before I get my ps4, I guess. Well, at least the old lady goes out in style.
