You know there are days when you’d like to see fanboys get eaten and devastated by flesh eating walking death. Good news kids! Sam Humphries (Sacrifice, Our Love is Real) is teaming with artist Jerry Gaylord to bring you the story of a very large comic convention that’s been infected with zombies.
Now, I’m not going to tell you that the idea doesn’t hold some sway with me. An apocalypse level catastrophe at a big comic convention? I can see the appeal of that. You ever been stuck in one of those places, surrounded, with no way out, and the only thing available is an $8 pretzel? I say burn the place down. After getting the original art out, if it can be helped. Maybe that’s too much from me.
Fanboys vs. Zombies #1 will be out in April from BOOM! Studios. In the meantime, check out these exclusive pages from the first issue!

HAHA! I’m down, fun concept. I wonder how long it will take to devolve into a comic-looting spree! It also appears to be based on Comic-Con in San Diego, which has a high nostalgia factor for me!
lol, It would of been a great idea but boom! and this Sam guy did not think of it. I have 2 copy’s of this comic when they were giving it away at the comic-con last year.
