Oh internet. You make me laugh. I always wonder about the guys who play Hitler. Do they get typecast? Do they always have that mustache? Could you imagine being the poor son of a bitch who is born looking like Hitler?
This was pretty funny, but the actual criticism was a little incoherent. It’s pretty obvious the reboot is about overturning change and nostalgic masturbation in the guise of reverting characters to older, “iconic” statuses. It’s not the readers who are afraid of new things.
@NaveenM: Actually, I believe the director of “Downfall” is quite pleased with the meme, since it does such a great job of knocking Hitler off his pedestal of evil. The distributing company has still been pulling the videos from YouTube though.
I lold several times. Funny stuff. A couple of missed opportunities (the woman should have said something about Wonder Woman or Power Girl), but funny.
I fully expect to see the quote “What Jim Lee should have done is put a cape on Jonah Hex” taken out of context and bandied around the internet for a good while.

I love “Downfall” great film and this clip is amazing. I’ve seen it used for NCAA brackets and other catastrophic events. However, this was the best and it kind of mimics my own feelings …
