There is a monument to honor the former Soviet soldiers located in Sofia, Bulgaria, and now it looks much more interesting.
The former soldieres are now rolling as the Joker, possibly Wolverine, Santa, Superman, Ronald McDonald, Captain America, Robin, and… is that Wonder Woman?
Either way, hell of a team-up.

Well I think it looks kind of cool and creepy all at once
If someone had this much time to do this that well, then either A) whoever is responsible for this thing (presumably the Bulgarian government) fully supports this action, or B) they really don’t care about the monument at all.
For concerned parties: The Sofia echo noted the yellow figure as The Mask.
I think the all yellow person the Yellow Kid, but that might be too obscure.
